The Holiday  Harbor Cabin is available for rent  starting from early May through the first weekend in  October (earlier and later dates available weather permitting.).

The cabin is closed for the season. 

We have available dates for 2025.

2024 Rates

$1,595 per week for two guests. Saturday check in/check out.

$1,840 per week for three guests. Saturday check in/check out.

$2,085 per week for four guests. Saturday check in/check out.

$2,330 per week for five guests. Saturday check in/check out.

$2,575 per week for six guests. Saturday check in/check out.

Monthly stay discount available. Call for a quote. 

Check-In Time—After 4:00 P.M. Saturday. Check-Out Time —by 10:00 A.M.  Saturday

Above rates do not include sales and occupancy tax on rentals.  

We are NOT subject to the Eagle River Premier Resort Tax.
 

Rates  are effective January 2, 2024 and valid through Dec. 31, 2024. Subject to  change without notice.

Please bring your own personal sheets, pillows, and bath towels. They are available for an additional charge. 

Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge as well. 

Dogs allowed for an additional fee. Please call for arrangements and pricing. 

Reservation Policy

A Non-Refundable fifty percent deposit is required for all  reservations.

Deposits must be paid at the time of reservation. . 

We  accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, Zelle, and cash only. We do not accept  personal or Traveler's checks for reservations or for settlement of your  final bill. 

We do accept personal checks drawn on CoVantage Credit Union  of Wisconsin and Associated Bank for settlement of stays.

If  you must depart earlier than your original cottage reservation, please  contact us as soon as you know. Please note that your advance deposit is  applied toward your original cottage reservation upon check-in. 

Cancellation Policy 

Reservations may be canceled up to 30 days of arrival, however, the  deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your  scheduled arrival, you are responsible for the entire amount At our  discretion, we may provide an in-house credit for the amount of your  deposit that will expire one year from the original date of the  reservation.
